He has also previously served on municipal boards within the city of Aurora, including the Veterans Affairs and Civic Engagement commissions.

Wayne Harlos is a real estate agent from Castle Rock. He has been active in several local causes including the Citizens for Elected Mayor committee that led to the creation of Castle Rock's elected mayor system.
